Blocked from cadet ? [Locked]

I have been blocked as cadet for no reason, someone said i wouldn't unarrest them. But i only did this because he was ramming all cadets allowing people to escape.

I dont know who it was and they randomly blocked me for no reason. They did not even ask me if the claim was true, or ask me for my side of the story. I just got a straight up block it was very unfair... also how much do i have to pay to become an officer
